All members are advised that a General Meeting of the company will be held


At: Coniston Community Centre
26 Bridge St, Coniston
Next to Coniston Train Station


On:  Tuesday 27th March 2012 7pm sharp


Please arrive early to attend this meeting.


Only current financial members are able to attend and vote at this meeting


All motions for the meeting must be submitted in writing to the Secretary by 4pm. Tuesday 20th March 2012. No motions will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.


Group members should be aware that their two representatives to attend the meeting should be registered with the office in writing one week before the meeting. Should representatives not be registered, that particular group will not be entitled to a vote at this meeting. Two members from each group are eligible to vote.
